1. Terms of conditions
This prize draw is organised by the NEW WORK SE, Dammtorstrasse 30, 20354 Hamburg, Germany, hereafter referred to as Operator or Organiser. It is free of charge to enter and subject to the following terms and conditions of participation. Entrants into the prize draw have to accept these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to natural persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Germany, Austria or Switzerland. Employees of the Operator, other persons involved in the design and performance of this prize draw, and their families may not enter the prize draw. Entrants shall be deemed to be the respective person whose e-mail address is used to register for the prize draw/profile. The prize draw is free to enter. Entries on behalf of another person, e.g. via a prize draw service, will not be accepted. Only one entry per person.
3. Participation
The prize draw will be held from 24 August 2020 to 24 September 2020.
4. How the prize draw works
All survey participants who choose to provide us with their e-mail address take part in the prize draw. The survey runs until the 24th of September 2020. After this date two participants will be automatically chosen by a computer system. The winners will be informed by their e-mail address.
5. Prizes, informing and delivering prizes
The following prizes are on offer:
1st place: 25€ Amazon voucher
2nd place: 25€ Amazon voucher
A computer system will pick both winners. Both winners will be promptly informed via the provided e-mail address.
Prizes will only be handed over to the winners. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prizes cannot be collected in person. Winners will forfeit their prize if they are unable to claim it and will not receive any substitute. Prizes may not be transferred to other persons.
The Operator will cover any costs arising in connection with delivering prizes. Any other costs related to claiming prizes will be borne by the winner. Winners are solely responsible for paying any taxes due as a result of winning a prize.
If a winner does not respond to the Operator within 14 days of being notified twice, the prize will be forfeited and the Operator shall be entitled to select another winner. The original winner has no entitlement to pursue claims arising from this.
The Operator will clarify delivery details with prize winners directly. Manipulation of the prize draw may lead to the exclusion of an entrant. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes. Prizes may not be transferred to other persons.The Operator is deemed to have fulfilled all contractual obligations upon delivery of the prizes to the winners. The Operator assumes no liability for material defects and defects of title vis-Ã -vis prizes.
6. Publication of winners / Forwarding of data to third parties
PUBLICATION OF WINNERS
Winners consent to the Organiser publishing their (full) name and place of residence in promotional media used by the Organiser. This includes announcement of winners on the Operator’s website and social media platforms.
7. Privacy
The data collected when entering this prize draw will be deleted at the end of the prize draw unless entrants have provided consent for further use.Entrants have the right to receive free information about the data saved. Entrants also have the right to have their data amended, blocked or deleted. Data will be deleted unless there are any statutory regulations to the contrary. Consent to use personal data may be revoked at any time. You can submit requests for information about the data saved, as well as requests for amendment or deletion at any time using the contact details provided in the Operator’s legal notice. 8. Applicable law
Any questions or complaints arising in connection with the prize draw should be sent to the Operator. Contact details are provided in the Operator’s legal notice.
The Operator’s prize draw is exclusively governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Hamburg is the sole legal venue. A judicial review of the prize draw process is excluded.
