Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/x)

Our Human Resources team covers all areas of HR management. Whether recruiting, active sourcing, employer branding, personnel development or personnel controlling - hand in hand, we do everything we can to find, service and develop the best employees for XING every day. A challenging mission:

  • Work closely with engineering managers and recruiters to truly understand our technical positions and recruiting needs
  • Find, excite, and engage passive candidates
  • Own the Recruitment process end to end and maintain an awesome candidate experience
  • Support the hiring managers in their hiring decisions and offers
  • Explore leads, whether you’re working on an active search, reading a tech blog, or looking through the latest headlines;
  • Measure success of sourcing and marketing efforts through metrics, resulting in recommendations for change;
  • Be ethic, self-driven, self organised and work with little supervision towards a common team and company purpose.
  • Contribute to new ideas to streamline the recruiting process
  • Positively promote XING's employer brand

A convincing background

  • At least 2 years of experience in recruiting technical roles in a fast paced, dynamic and multi-cultural organisation.
  • A deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find the best fit for the most challenging roles.
  • A process improvement mentality
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationships
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced changing work environment while prioritising multiple projects and managing time efficiently
  • You like to be part of great events and grow your network.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) (mandatory)
