Working Student (m/f/x) Technical Program Management

Technical Program Management focuses on larger projects or programs (collections of projects with a common goal). Our team takes responsibility within the program to support project teams and the program steering​. This consists of the following elements:

· Fostering program transparency by orchestrating & compilating of actionable steering information, e.g. status, risks, decision needs, timeline & critical path​.

· Align and manage central program planning, deliverables and dates as well as the alignment with the company standards.

· Provide and manage regular communication channels for the alignment, exchange and steering within and between the program levels​.

· Define and own the respective standards, tools and process for a collaborative and uniform way of working in the program.

To support us in our ongoing efforts, we are looking for a Working Student (m/f/x) Technical Program Manager:

A challenging task

  • You are part of an experienced Agile program management team directly supporting the XING leadership and implementation of exciting new products.
  • Your focus is on process & tooling trainings and coordinate incoming change requests.
  • You support creating & maintaining different steering and transparency documents & reports, information channels & Confluence pages.
  • You also support project or program ceremonies (e.g., weekly Program Steering).

A convincing background

  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and diligence.
  • You are familiar with software development practices and software business.
  • You are passionate about project management and have an eye for processes and how people work together.
  • You have an interest in and eager to learn about global view of systems and organizations.
  • You are empathetic and able to put yourself “in the shoes of others”.
  • Your communication style is crisp and clear.
  • You embrace change. You are resourceful and able to think of ways to resolve problems on your own or with help from others.
  • You speak English fluently.
