Your tasks:

  • You will learn to prepare and manage IT client hardware.
  • You work in the 1st level support: solving issues, install software and setup new laptops, including access to the internal network are part of your job
  • You take care of the IT documentation
  • You are open and communicative, and like acting as a contact person.
  • You will have all the needed support to succeed.
  • You will work in an international, cross-functional environment (communicating in English, German is not required).

Your skills:

  • You studied computer science, business or mathematics and collected relevant work experiences.
  • You are a fast learner with good organizational and communication skills.
  • You are practical and solution-oriented and you enjoy getting things done.
  • You can communicate well in (both written and spoken) English.
  • You enjoy thinking your way through problems and working out solutions independently.
