Senior Product Manager (m/f/x)

XING E-Recruiting, a New Work SE subsidiary, offers tools and solutions that help companies find the right employees amid the onset of digitalisation and the shortage of skilled workers. Your responsibilities

• Shape the future for our B2B e-recruiting products: Your "customers" - e.g. the XING TalentService Consultants – are in-house and you, as the PO, work with the teams to develop new innovative solutions.
• You own the process: Shape, drive and execute the product strategy in close collaboration with your team and your product peers who are responsible for the different e-Recruiting products like the XING TalentService or Prescreen.
• Determine requirements, create product concepts and validate them through prototyping, user feedback and A/B testing.
• Lead an interdisciplinary team of Engineers, Designers, QAs and Scrum Masters.
• Collaborate with your key stakeholders to define, prioritise and execute a roadmap specifically designed to increase our customers activity and retention.
• Cooperate with stakeholders outside your own unit and make sure your product is in line with our overall company strategy.

We are looking for

• Professional experience as a Product Manager. A focus on B2B products and experience with agile product development is a plus.
• Experience in collaborating and communicating with different stakeholders and other product teams.
• Desire to build outstanding products that customers love and use regularly.
• Utilise qualitative and quantitative data to understand customer needs and behaviour.
• Highly analytical approach to products and enthusiastic about data-based decision-making.
• Strong execution skills.
• Sound communication skills combined with fluency in English. Note: XING is a multicultural environment and English is the official communication language.
