Your tasks:

  • Develop data-driven features and services
  • Discuss and implement innovative solutions with your team
  • Live the complete development cycle (task breakdown, coding, testing, reviews, deployments)
  • Foster the usage of cloud-native technologies (AWS) in our services

Your skills:

  • Programming skills in Typescript and one additional backend language (Java or Ruby on Rails is a plus)
  • Ability to write clean code in multiple programming environments
  • Team player with very good communication skills in English and you are passionate about learning and continuously improving
  • Experience with marketing- and/or data-technologies is a plus

About the job

Our Marketing Technology team provides technical foundations and consultation for New Work's marketing activities. We are the connecting link between business and technology departments and work with a variety of teams - such as Product, Marketing and Analytics. For these departments we build and maintain in-house services as well as owning external services for our stakeholders. To name a few: We're technically responsible for tag management, audience management and marketing automation. And in addition to pure technical topics, we are also involved in business related initiatives like attribution modelling and consulting respective teams from a technical perspective.
