Your tasks:
- End-to-end responsibility for the kununu Top Company offering
- Responsibility for the creation of new B2B offerings, with ownership of the entire lifecycle and business plan – from offering development, testing, and go-to market planning to operationalization
- Close Collaboration with Product Management for new offering development and lead go-to market efforts with a cross-functional marketing team
- Collaboration with our Sales entity on go-to market operationalization
- Focus on moving and iterating quickly, scaling after identifying greater potential
- P&L responsibility for kununu Top Company and newly launched offerings
- Forecasting business development and reporting on performance – analyze potential and business risks to support decision making
- Communication of progress and performance upwards and within the organization
Your skills:
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a will to push boundaries
- Experience in leading a (cross-functional) team
- Ideally, experience bringing a (digital) product to market
- Proven history of end-to-end ownership, ability to work independently and drive projects in uncertain environments
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills to help motivate and influence teams, internal, and external partners
- An affinity for numbers and strong analytical background
- Excellent communication skills
