Patrick Alberts to become Chief Product Officer at XING SE

Hamburg, 24 May 2018 – Patrick Alberts (47) is to become the new Chief Product Officer (CPO) at XING SE. The move will see Alberts heading the B2C segment and the further development of the XING platform. He will be succeeding Timm Richter, who, after serving as CPO for more than five years, will be leaving the company on 30 June to start his own company. Patrick Alberts has held several positions at XING, the most recent being Senior Vice President. In this capacity, he was responsible for the platform’s premium segment. Alberts received his doctorate in geophysics and is a graduate of the renowned INSEAD business school, where he received his MBA. Before joining the company in 2012, he held various positions at Boston Consulting Group.
