XING AG: Helmut Becker to leave XING after four successful years

Hamburg, March 28, 2013 –

Helmut Becker, who has served as Chief Commercial Officer at XING AG since 2009, has informed the Supervisory Board that he will not be renewing his contract. Mid-year, he will be taking on a position on the Executive Board of Tipp24. Becker is currently responsible for the Company's e-Recruiting and Events divisions as well as XING's activities in Switzerland and Austria.
