Accounting

New Work SE has various brands such as XING, kununu, onlyfy, InterNations and Honeypot. Our accounting team is highly involved in bookkeeping for our domestic and foreign companies. Implementing new accounting standards and relevant IT tools is part of our everyday working life. With so many different touchpoints, networking in digital and physical domains is part and parcel of what we do.

Group Accounting

Our group accounting team is responsible for producing  financial statements in line with IFRS and the German Commercial Code (HGB). This fosters transparency both internally and externally. We’re a member of the Prime Standard on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. We see this as more than just a membership. It’s a reflection of our high quality standards. 

Controlling

The controlling team at New Work SE, an S-DAX-listed company, uses modern planning and controlling methods within the company and actively supports the Executive Board in its strategic and financial corporate management activities.

In particular, the team acts as a close partner to the CFO when it comes to group management, ranging from top-down portfolio decisions to reviewing and managing the financial targets set.

Tax

The tax team is the point of contact for all tax-related questions that emerge within our constantly changing company. And as a digital company with 1,900 employees in eight different European locations, there’s a lot of questions to answer. For example, we solve fiscal challenges related to remote work or intangible asset licensing. We’re also involved in the tax aspects of acquisitions and restructurings. Preparing tax declarations and managing external tax audits is part of our daily business. Finally, we always monitor current international legal developments such as digital tax and global minimum tax.
