And that is why we are searching for a new Vice President (m/f/d) User Experience.
THIS IS YOUR NEW ROLE
Manage XING’s multidisciplinary UX team, which consists of over 70 dedicated interaction designers, visual designers, copywriters and user research professionals and report directly to the CPO.
Your teams will work in small cross-functional agile teams with product managers and developers and your job is to enable an efficient and impactful user-focused outcome.
Strategic research is central to this and is supported via diverse research methods that includes an on-site research lab.
Your team is responsible for the evolution of our tone of voice, copy solutions, visual design language and the whole design system.
You will act at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Brand, and Marketing and work closely with respective SVPs to broadly drive XING’s product and design strategy across all aspects of the business.
You will lead the development and execution of the UX strategy by nurturing a world-class UX team and by driving customer obsession, product and design excellence.
You will be a member of XING’s management team, together with the Managing Directors and Engineering heads.
